Hey there! I’m Luis Barros, and I’m a Creative Generalist and I am really passionate at making things move.

I'm a designer and an animator, but really, I think of myself a creative problem-solver. My career hasn't been a straight line—it’s been more of a fun, chaotic mashup across different agencies and roles, and that's exactly why my versatility is so solid. I can flip from being the guy designing the logo and style frames to the one deep in the trenches handling the motion graphics and coming up with crazy ideas.

Right now I am learning how to use A.I. in my workflow to become part of a new creative generation — artists who design with intelligence systems exploring the edge of motion and machine imagination. I am trying to find that place where design meets generative intelligence, creating human emotion through artificial motion.

I have had the pleasure of working with really talented teams and that has given me a rich professional experience; I don't shy away of any project, I know what every single step actually takes. I get a huge kick out of taking the lead and pushing a diverse team to build something genuinely original.

I originally hail from Mexico, but I’ve been lucky enough to live and work all over the place. Meeting different people and jamming with international teams isn't just a bonus—it’s what makes the work better. Seriously, different backgrounds equal way better ideas.
